Moving on Ayrshire is a charity based in Ayr which provides a counselling service at locations throughout South Ayrshire. We offer survivors of sexual abuse and rape free one to one person-centred counselling in a safe environment which can enable them to address their issues and helps them work towards a healthier and happier future. In the immediate aftermath of rape we provide support and counselling to help victims deal with the complex feelings and emotions that have resulted from their trauma.
Our counsellors work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework. This ensures we respect your autonomy and that by paying careful attention to consent and confidentiality we accord you the privacy and dignity you deserve.
